How do I find a product number
 

To help us better answer any questions you have on a product, having the Product number  or SKU (stock keeping unit) is important. The Product numbers is a unique identifier that helps us keep track of our many products available on Fratta.com!

The SKU number is located on every product page on our site.

How do I know if a product is available in stock?
 

Product availability is important and we know that!

For items that can fluctuate in stock level rapidly or have reason to be in and out of stock from time to time, we provide a stock counter on the item page so that you can determine the quantity of that product that remains.

To save time and hassle with stock or out of stock items, we only deal with manufacturers that can provide a 95% in-stock guarantee who have continued to prove this record over time. This level of "In-stock" guarantee is rare in the industry. We only want to offer products that we are confident we can get to you fast and consistently.

When Products are out of stock:
Out of stock products will be marked as such on the site under the product information: You may still purchase these as back-order products, though we will contact you to confirm that this was your intention.

Checking on Stock:
If you are still concerned about inventory levels of a particular product, you can contact us with the product number that you are looking for and we will do a manual check within 24 hours to determine stock levels at that time. This is still not a guarantee that when you get around to placing your order, that the stock level will still be the same.*

*When Items are purchased and they are out of stock:
Stock levels are changing by the hour, so the best way to guarantee that you get the product that you are looking for is to purchase it. If for some reason, an item that you have purchased is out of stock from the warehouse closest to you, we will first determine if we are able to get it from one of our other warehouses. If not we will contact you immediatly to determine if you wish to have the item back-ordered or if you would like to have a refund so you can make alternative arrangements.

What shipping methods are available for my order?
 

Shipping Methods

Weather your item is one that incurs shipping costs or ships for free, we first offer a combination of the most economical and quickest methods of getting your order delivered to your door. If you want to track an ordered item’s shipping status, go to My Account on the web sites home page and follow the links to check on you order.

Small Parcel Shipping:
Most smaller parcels will ship through UPS or Fedex and will arrive to your door within 2 to 5 days of departure from our warehouse.

If you have special instructions for the delivery, simply track your shipment using your tracking number and leave an obvious note on the suggested day of delivery for the driver to follow, This note can request the driver to leave the package in a specific location nearby (such as a front door or garage) or with a neighbor. If your delivery location has a loading dock, gate/buzzer code, or is a construction site, during checkout note those details in the "Special Instructions within your order".

Truck, LTL or Freight Delivery: For items larger than those handled by UPS or Fedex, shipment will be made using a larger delivery truck . For these larger orders, the carrier will call ahead of time to schedule a time that is convenient for delivery. For standard freight delivery, you are responsible for removing the item from the side of the truck, so having a few friends handy to help out might be a good idea in some cases.

White Glove Delivery: For certain large or fragile items, we can make the delivery service careful and gentle as possible. In the case of White Glove Delivery, a trained two-person team carries your item to your home and may provide other full setup services. Like Truck Delivery, you’ll pick a time in advance when you’re home to accept the delivery.

White Glove Delivery has four different service levels options.

Bronze Delivery: Threshold/Front Door Service

· Delivery to: Inside the threshold of your residence. If you live in a home with a garage, the product will be left in your garage. If you do not have a garage, the product will be left in your front entrance. The product will not be carried up stairs. If you live in an apartment above the first floor of a building, we recommend upgrading to Silver or Gold Delivery.

· Assembly Service: None

· Packaging: The product will be left in the original packaging.

Silver Delivery: Room of Choice / up to 2 flights of stairs.

· Delivery to: A two-man team will bring the item inside your residence to the room you choose. This includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights, please contact us*.

· Assembly: None

· Packaging: The product will be left in the original packaging.

Gold Delivery: Room of Choice / up to 2 flights of stairs / 15 min assembly & rubish removal.

· Delivery to: Inside your residence to the room you choose. This includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights, please contact us*.

· Assembly Service: The shipper will unpack the product and provide basic 15 minutes of setup that requires no tools (i.e. set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other).

· Packaging: The shipper will remove and dispose of all packaging.

Platinum Delivery: Room of Choice / up to 2 flights of stairs / 30 min assembly & rubish removal.

· Delivery to: Inside your residence to the room you choose. This includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights, please contact us*.

· Assembly Service: The shipper will unpack the product and provide basic 30 minutes of setup that requires no tools (i.e. set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other).

· Packaging: The shipper will remove and dispose of all packaging.



Do you ship outside the United States?
  All of our products are available for shipping any place within the lower 48 states.

Products That Currently Ship to Canada:

Check in the product details, but most all of our moulding & millwork products currently ship to Canada with:
  • No Border Hassles
  • No Customs
  • No Additional Charges
For Products that do ship to Canada, we take care of everything:
We take care of all of the customs, border charges and fees.

You pay one price . . . the price that you check out with and your order is shipped directly to your door.

A note regarding items with "Free Shipping":
Items that are marked free shipping may require additional shipping to Canada, owing to the additional amounts charged to us for shipping across the border. If this is the case, any additional charges will be clearly detailed within the product posting.


If you are wanting shipment of other products on Fratta.com, outside of the United States, it would be best to work with a freight forwarder at the border who will arrange shipment beyond these boundaries.
Fratta.com is currently working on setting up a seamless method for cross border shipping for more of our products, so check back again, or refer to the product details for individual product information.




What payment methods do you accept?

During the checkout process you can choose your payment option to complete your order.

Do note, that we will not be able to ship your order until we receive full payment from you.

*For Wire Transfers, please contact us for information on correct addressing or other requirements, before utilizing this payment method.

Shipping Costs: how much and when they apply:

Customers often pay more when, when retailers guess at shipping costs; That's why Fratta.com has chosen a more "Honest" approach. So we don't build shipping into the price until we are absolutely sure that it is in your best interest. After all, there really is no "Free Shipping". . . .And Besides: If anyone else is charging you less to get you you're package, just let us know and we will at least match them and in some cases we can even beet them. Just give us a try.

There are a just a few products that we are unable to ship for free. When that is the case, we will let you know on the description page for the product that you are ordering. Here is a general guideline of what you can expect:

Shipping Cost

Free Shipping! – these items typically ship free

Most products are eligible for free shipping, once your order has reached the Free Shipping Threshold. Otherwise Fratta.com has chosen to charge "Fair" shipping, rather than mark up shipping in order to make it "Free".

Free Shipping over $450.00 – these item ship free when your order total is $450.00 or more

Dinnerware, pet products, accent decor, toys, and games, Look for the free shipping designation on your desired product to check if it is eligible for Free Shipping.

Standard Shipping – these items are often not eligible for free shipping (sorry!)

Some commercial items, and a handful of certain brands, most bathtubs & toilets

If you’re shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or a U.S. Territory (e.g. Puerto Rico) there will be additional shipping charges because they are outside of the contiguous United States. To learn what additional charges might apply, simply enter your zip code in your shopping cart, and we’ll tell you what those extra charges will be.


Where can I see the full & final price for an order?
 

See the Final Price:

If you want to check on what the final price will be for a product, including any potential taxes and fees, add all of the products you wish to purchase into your shopping cart. To check on the final price, click on the shopping cart tab on the home page of the web site. On the Shopping Cart Review page you are able to review all of the items now in your cart.

Just Enter your zip code in the shipping calculator box and any shipping, or taxes that may apply will show.

In addition, at this point you can make any adjustments necessary to request alternative shipping methods or additional services.

Remember, paying for faster shipping does not effect the time that it takes for your order to be prepared and processed, only the delivery time once the order leaves the warehouse.

Fratta.com does maintain the right to alter or correct pricing after the sale should it be found that the price was incorrect in any way and particularly when it does not match the required stipulations of the manufacturer or supplier. In such cases, the customer will be immediately notified and no additional charges will be made without the customers consent. While this is a rare occurrence, with hundreds of thousands of products on our site, there is a risk that this may occur, though it's occurrences have been minimal.
