How do I change the email, password or other information on my account?
 

Updating your email, password or other account information.

  1. Go to My Account.
  2. You might need to log in if you haven't already.
  3. Follow the links to your account profile or information.
  4. You can change your name, email address, and password on this page.
  5. Be sure to click "Save" at the bottom of the page after you've made your changes.
How do I update or change my shipping or billing address?
 

Updating your shipping, billing or other account information.

  1. Go to My Account.
  2. You might need to log in if you haven't already.
  3. Follow the links to your account profile or information.
  4. You can change your shipping, billing or other account information on this page.
  5. Be sure to click "Save" at the bottom of the page after you've made your changes.

Keep in mind that this will not alter the shipping address of your most recent order as that will have already entered processing. If you want to see if there is still time to change the address on your order, go ahead and change it and then notify us of the change so that we can attempt to resubmit your order to the warehouse(s).

How do I create an account?
  Creating an Account is Easy:

You can create an account during checkout or before you start shopping.
To do so during checkout, be sure and fill in the password area when asked to register. If you wish to create an account before placing your first order:

1)
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link on the home page of our web site.
2) Follow the links to sign in for the first time or to create an account.


Your information is NEVER sold to other companies and is kept completely private. You can view our Privacy Policy for more information.
I did not register / lost my password and need to check on my order
  Requesting a Log-in and Password for your account.
If you did not register a password during checkout, or if you did register but you have misplaced the information:

. . . . simply Contact Us with your order number and name and we will send out a log-in and temporary password for you to use to access your account and order information.

The quickest way to check on the progress of your order is to have a log-in and password so that you can sign into your account to keep track of shipments and tracking numbers.
I forgot my password.
  Forgot your Password? not a problem....

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link on the home page of our web site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
